Hani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Islamic Azad University. She worked as an Iran-qualified attorney (First-Grade Licensed Lawyer) from 2008 to 2019, with experience in family law, civil litigation, property/real estate matters, and banking-related cases.

In the UK, she has worked in a law office in Immigration & Welfare, supporting the legal team with case and document review, preparing and organising supporting evidence, drafting timelines and case summaries, completing and tracking forms/applications, and maintaining clear case records for the supervising solicitor.
